While I do not know anything about it admittedly, apparently there is a "World Book Night" being held on April 23. The reason I mention it is, because according to
this post, one of the books chosen was GKC's novel
The Man Who Was Thursday (chosen by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman). So just thought I would mention that.
